Winter is upon us. It looks like it may be a tame one this year, giving us more opportunities to shoot outside.
The crisp clean snow does make for beautiful Maternity and Family photos! If outside in the winter does not appeal to you we have a cozy studio available as well! WHAT'S COMING UP
The santa experience & pj minis
November is by far our busiest month of the year!
We have Santa and Christmas family sessions. These are typically done in November to allow you all time to print and order cards if need be.
Whether you're expecting a baby, updating your annual family photos, celebrating a milestone, or simply capturing the season of Christmas. Winter family photo sessions offer some of the most beautiful images of the year.
If you've been thinking about booking your Edmonton or St Albert family photographer, now is the time. Many November dates are already spoken for, with only a limited number of sessions remaining.

Weather permitted you can get dressed up in your Christmas best and take photos with the farm animals! Feed and interact with all our adorable pets! From pigs, sheep, chickens and more!

The santa experience is back
November 7, 8th and 21st
November 7th and 8th are SOLD out. We have 5 sessions left for the 21st
Each 10–15 minute session includes time for your little ones to chat with Santa, share their wish list, decorate cookies together, and create memories you'll treasure forever. You'll receive 8 edited digital images with full print rights.
Sessions: $357 (incl. GST)
Deposit: $100 (non-refundable) to reserve your spot.

What to wear for Christmas Family Photos?
Choosing the right clothing can make a huge difference in your final photographs.
Xmas jammies are always an easy go to! Some of the usual rules don't apply when it comes to Christmas photos! We love cute little Christmas dresses and suits for boys! Busy patterns are allowed when it comes to Christmas. We just ask that you alternate a solid color between each pattern.
- Choose warm neutral colours like cream, beige, camel, rust, olive, soft brown, or muted burgundy.
- Add texture with cozy knits, scarves, mittens, or sweaters.
- Coordinate colours instead of matching everyone exactly.
- Avoid large logos, bright neon colours, or busy patterns that distract from your family.
- Dress for the weather- you'll look much more relaxed and natural when you're comfortable.
Timeless clothing helps ensure your family photographs will look beautiful for years to come.
A NOTE FROM JAIME
Every season brings something different, but there's something cozy and comfy about winter! Evening snuggles by the fire and endless movie nights for us. Soups and slow cooker meals on repeat.
Life tends to slow down just enough to remind us to be present. The holidays draw near, evenings become a little quieter, and families naturally spend more time together.
As a family photographer, I'm reminded every day how quickly these seasons pass. The little hands you hold today won't stay little forever, and the moments that feel ordinary today often become the memories you'll treasure most.
